ESL Password Game, Levels 1 2 and 3, Speaking and Vocabulary for English Learners, Google Slides and PowerPoint

$6.99

One learner faces away, and the class has to make itself understood in one word at a time. This ESL speaking and vocabulary game comes in three levels, ninety passwords in total, in Google Slides or PowerPoint. Project it, or print the word cards.

All Three Levels In One Pack

  • Level 1, beginner: school, food, home
  • Level 2, elementary: places, jobs, daily life
  • Level 3, intermediate: travel, feelings, technology

How the Game Works

  1. Two teams, or pairs. Each team picks a guesser, and guessers face away
  2. The password appears. Teammates take turns giving ONE-WORD clues in English
  3. One guess after each clue. First team to say the word wins it

Why ESL Teachers Use It

  • Real speaking practice with no worksheet and no prep
  • Mixed-level class? Pick the level that fits the group in front of you
  • No projector? Play the same game with the printable cut-apart cards

Description

What’s Included

  • Three editable games, one per level, each with 30 passwords in 3 rounds and a clickable round picker. Google Slides ready, plus PowerPoint versions with the game show sound effects
  • 15 printable pages: rules, three cut-apart card sheets and a score sheet for every level
  • Color and ink-saver black and white, US Letter and A4

The Three Levels

Level 1 covers beginner classroom language: school, food and home, with words like pencil, sandwich and window. Level 2 moves to elementary topics: places, jobs and daily life, with hospital, plumber and routine. Level 3 is intermediate: travel, feelings and technology, with passport, frustrated and wireless. Every password is editable, so any round can become the vocabulary your class is working on this week.

Why One Pack Instead of Three

Most ESL teachers do not have one level in the room, they have three. Buying all three levels together means you pick the right one for the group in front of you, and you already own the next level when they are ready for it.
