How it works
- Email me within 30 days of your purchase at carolin@classroomreview.games or use the contact form. Include your order number or the email address you used at checkout.
- I start the refund within 24 hours. You will get a short reply from me, not a ticket number.
- The money goes back to the card or PayPal account you paid with. Banks usually show it within 3 to 10 business days.
What is covered
Every product on classroomreview.games: game shows, printable games, sub plans and bundles, including anything bought on sale. Digital products are usually sold with no refunds. Mine are not.
Why I can offer this
I build every resource myself and check it before it goes on sale, so I am confident it will work in your classroom. Very few teachers ever ask for a refund, and when someone does, I would rather you have your money back than a file you will not use.
Something not working?
If a file will not open, a link does not work or you cannot find your download, email me first. Most problems are fixed the same day. You can also re-download your files at any time from the link in your order email.
This guarantee covers orders placed on this website. Orders placed on other marketplaces follow that marketplace’s refund rules.
